I agree with you both, a strong raw Whiskey, the way I like it ... but not for everyone. I drink it straight to enjoy every second going down my throat...

nice single malt whiskey though for the age not much after taste ...

good allrounder, should suit almost everyone, easy to dring but without the Kick .... 3.5 Stars

to light, did not like the taste that much, somehow artificial

bought both ... the 40% Alcohol and the 54% Alcohol content bottle. ... what a difference.

Overprised ??? .... ask the Australian Goverment why ... you buy a bottle for $18 in Germany inluding Liquer tax.
All natural, all herbs, kills stomach pain too. Fantastic as a "Gedeck".
1x Jaegermeister (icecold) and one Beer (prefered all naturaly brewed German beer)

If you like a Whisky that is natural, raw and tastes the same way it smells with a very masculine before and after taste ... this is for you.
I personally prefer it over Johnny Walker Gold and Blue which are strong but much more ballanced. This Whiskey is in a class on its own, nothing like all other Johnny Walkers.
Only to be topped by Caol Isle ....

Matt and Mick must have been drinking to much artificial Australian beer and lost their taste buts...
This beer is all natural to the law of the year 1614 and one of the Top beers in the world !!! Far superior to most other cheap brands like Becks, Heineken (artificial) and many others.
Top Beer at a price that keeps you smiling (in Australia) where booze is expensive anyhow.
