Used to be my drink of preference. It now gives me the biggest head ache, and thats just the price! C.U.B obviously has changed something in the ingredients or brewing precedure. Just cant drink it anymore!
got this for 38 a carton once on the gold coast and my mate drank pretty much the whole lot in a night almost, we bought 2 cartons cause it was so cheap.. i like it just because its generally really cheap, tastes good ice cold, warm.. forget it.
ive tried a lot of brands and keep coming back to VB,if only the beer was priced by all the knockers.i would be living the dream!
use to pay $30 for a thirty pack 2 years ago,now $50+ at times so someone must be enjoying it....ah.
A insipid beer. Soapy thin and quite offensive. It is a national disgrace that it's emblem is on the sacred Australian Test Team Blazer. yes the marketing is cute.....but there is nothing Australian about bad piss.....and this is the worst.....I guess it satisfies a lot of commodore driving, winfield smoking, labour voting bogans!! VB....very bad.
The fact this is "Australia's most popular beer" makes me want to vomit with fear! What are people doing with it? Degreasing the old HQ? I would not wash my feet with this decrepid liquid
Almost forgot to mention, this stuff costs between $40 - $50 a slab in Perth, making it "Boutique price". If this was the last beer on earth i'd give up drinking.
Keep this c**p on the other side of the country. Even wouldn't touch for free, you would have to pay me to take another sip of this goats lower intestine bile. You have to give this beer imposter 1 star or you can't submit a rating.
Why drink over priced imported c**p when we have the very best right here in Australia and it's not meant to be lolly water
I love this beer! and for an extra 8 bucks from a carton of stiubbies, y not get a block same volume from can to stubbie and still tastes good. Victoria Bitter for life for me always be one of my favourites.
I must say, being a victorian and growing up with stuff i have come to see it as one of my top 5 beers ever. The most relable and no-nosense drink your ever going to have. I prefer the cans over the stubbies as may mates can't smash cans once they've had too many. Best drunk cold =]
Great beer...but i personaly dont make the cans the first drink of my night(dam Queensland water). If you can get them for a good price in the 30pack you wont regret it.

VB heavies, is the toughest beer i've had. the only grog i had found that can knock me on my arse quicker are spirits. so Damien F, i agree it is the "Very Best" you can buy and for peter M, beer is for drinking...like holy water it should be blessed, if you want to wash your car, go to a car wash.....
VB is is the "Very Best" beer money can buy! If you don't like it, you're soft!
My car is dirty and the tap is broken so I was thinking of cleaning my car with this....actually what am I saying. I wouldn't put out an old bum with this s**t. I drank this when I was a kid. Last time ever. My uncle is mad for consuming this bile. I think I would prefer to drink West End if I had too....
DON'T drink it if you value actual beer and not chemicals.
